High Speed Tool

High speed steel tools are a good choice for your regular everyday jobs. These tools, also known
as HSS, are the most widely used tool type. They are good for use on metals, plastic, and wood.

We have a full line of high speed drills, reamers, and countersinks. We stock high speed drills in fractional sizes from 1/64" through 11/16", wire gauge sizes #1 through #80, and letter sizes A through Z. Our standard jobber drills are 118 degree, and our heavy duty jobbers are 135 degree split point. In addition, we carry high speed steel taper length drills in sizes 1/8" thru 3/4". S&D drills are also popular tools which we stock in fraction size 33/64" through 1-1/2".

Our full line of high speed steel reamers are straight flute, straight shank and range from fractional sizes 1/32" through 1-1/2", wire gauge sizes #1 through #60, letter sizes A through Z, decimal sizes .2490 through .5050, and dowel in reamers .1230 through .501.

Our high speed countersinks are available as uniflute (single flute), chatterless (six flute), and Weldon style. We stock our uniflute countersinks from 1/8" through 1-1/2", and our chatterless countersinks from 3/16" through 2". The Weldon Style is in limited sizes from 3/16" through 1-1/2".
