Carbide Thread Mills

Carbide thread mills, solid carbide thread mills, and NPT carbide thread mills are tools used in CNC machines for the production of internal and external threads.

Thread mills have become very effective for thread cutting or thread forming in a large number of work cases.  Carbide thread mills provide easy machining for difficult materials and a high cutting rate as well.  Full bottom threading and accurate threads with great finishes are also standard with carbide thread mills.  Precise control over thread depth and the ability to cut right-hand and left-hand threads are also available with carbide thread mills.
